its very hard....you get a male....and hopefully 3 or females....put them together and wait....its that hard.

Dude, theyre rodents. Put them together, they'll do it when they're good and ready. They're not humans, there's no wining and dining.

Gerbils have a real hierarchy system so it's best to do pairs vs. 1 male to multiple females. They will eventually mate but if they came from a group where the male was low rank and the female high rank, she may just snob it up for a bit. If he's mounting or you hear stomping signs are all good :o)
