    Light fixture sockets
    Hey everyone,

I am currently building a 4x2x2 more or less Crossfire enclosure for our soon to be beardies. We are going to be using two incandescent fixtures per enclosure, one with an incandescent and one with a Mega-Ray MVB. The fixtures I plan on using are porcelain, but the sockets in the fixtures are metal. Is this ok for the heat output for a young beardie, or do I really need to find something with a ceramic socket?

    Thanks

I dont know if it matters but you can find the ceramic ones at home depot for like 2 bucks I had a bunch of them when I built my last tank. Also when I went to look for them they were not in the aisle with all the fixtures I had to ask someone and they were on on e of those little end aisle rack things.
