African Soft Fur Rats (which are by the way illegal in some area including CA)

Here are some info on them http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...ad.php?t=70828

    African Soft Fur Rats

They're a native rat to Africa used sometimes with stubborn feeders to trigger feeding responses.

Some people like them as primary food as well I believe as they are supposed to be a little less harsh on the smell output.

ASF stands for (African Soft Furred), they are native to Africa so some say that if you have a Ball that is nit eating they will be more likely to eat an ASF. Also a lot of people like to breed them because they don't get as big as a rat but are bigger then mice. if you go to the feeders section of this forum there is more extensive info on them.
