    1 y/o gravid blood
at a local pet store there is a pregnant blood python that is one year old. Can the hatchlings even survive from such a young mother?

How do they know its prego? I HIGHLY doubt its even possible.

Like this, ball python breeders recommend 1500g right? Blood guys recommend 3 to 4 years old and roughly 12 to 15 pounds.

Slow metabolic Bloods can build up lots of urates which I "guess" could be mistaken for eggs.

9 out 10 its backed up as 2kdime suggests. I had a blood (a male) that passed nothing for 3-4 months - looked as if it were gravid before it finally gave birth to a horrific mess of egg sized urates and turds.

Yeah I doubt its prego. Well I hope its not. My blood passed a 200 gram turd when he was only 700 grams. I had nightmares. It looked like there were two snakes when I opened the tub. :tp::tp::tp:

I agree with what 2Kdime said. I highly doubt it could even get that big that quick. My girl was only 1200 Grams at a year of age and she was fed once a week.

But now I'm really dreading when my blood will poo. I've had him 2 months and he eats a small rat once a week, and still hasn't gone.:O
