    He is a rescue, still not too fond of people AT ALL!!
    If he is out of his cage I can get him to step up on me, but if he is anywhere near his cage he attacks. Except he does take sunflower seeds from my hands if he is in his cage.

    His previous home would throw him on the ground and do horrid things to him when he would "sing" without stopping. (He rarely sings, he screams more than anything).

    So he gets to live with me and be a happy little birdie, and if he ever decides to like me awesome, if not, well then the little guy still has a good home!

    awww what a cutie. the former owners must have really abused him for him to be aggressive as cockatiels normally are not aggressive. good luck with him and I'm sure you'll win him over.
