"Visionarium" good for snakes?
Would this be an okay tank for ball pythons or corn snakes?

If it's plastic on the bottom maybe I can't use a heat pad on the bottom, what would be good for belly heat? Opinions?
Re: "Visionarium" good for snakes?
Definately for corns/they don't require the heat that ball pythons do.
You could most probably still use a UTH.
Looks like a solid top/I would probably block some of the vent.
I think you could make it work and look nice. I'd spray paint the sides and back glass black. 30x12x12 will be a little small for a big ball!

I would think you might have trouble with keeping the humidity in the right ranges with the side vents. Not sure but, they look nice anyway.

A good point--I don't have any trouble keeping the corn's temperatures right, but for my ball I need a UTH and a lamp... I'm just worried about melting that plastic. *sigh* Thanks for the input!

That's a very good point. They're so affordable in terms of stacking cages though, and that's what I'm looking for--affordable stackable. xD Thank you for the input!
Re: "Visionarium" good for snakes?
There is a LARGE amount of herpers keeping their animals in plastic enclosures without the worry of melting the plastic. As long as you have a thermostat on your UTH to control the temperatures, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

30 x 12 is the appox floor size of a 41qt. sterilite tub.
