Babies!!!!

Well this was my first time breeding any kind of snake and I think I did an ok job! :oops:

I bred my Amel to my Snow and she hatched out 9 eggs. 2 went bad and 7 hatched this past weekend.

I'll be holding back a 1.1 pair and the rest will be going to friends.

I think I've decided to keep the one on the left in the last pic with the weird zigzag pattern.

I was about to say that that one has an absolutely killer pattern! I'd definitely hold onto him or her.

Now just to get them sexed. :)

I'm gonna have someone more experienced come over and show me how they do it.

At this size you pretty much have to pop them. VERY easy to do, but is one of those things that is best shown to you in person. Once you learn though, its a cinch.

i like that bottom one..
on the sexing thing, i was able to probe for about 10 years, but was popping incorrectly without knowing, so once i eventually started doing it right, i was getting people ring me for about 3 years telling me about the wrong sexes lol.. most of them were happy tho still, the rest i managed to swap something so they got nearer what they wanted.
