Hes pretty regardless of what he is, a body picture would help.
Honestly the only way to know what he truely is is by knowing what the parents are.

It's hard to say. There are so many different orange and red morphs. Not to mention the fact that husbandry can alter their appearance. Your best bet would be to ask!
