Hi, I've moved this to the Caging forum where it will get more visibility and not get lost for you!

Looks good! I've not build a rack myself, so you're a step ahead of me!

onlything i could say is maybe put a piece of shower surround (looks like pegboard but with a smooth pvc like coat on it without holes) under each tub, and attach the heat to that instead of the tub, looks like you'd have some heat loss this way, if no heat loss congrats, looks awesome :D.

Very nice. I might be missing it in the pics, but how do you have the pegboard attached for the tops of the containers? It looks like they are just sitting on there, which is nice!

    Thanks.

Wow, nice - good for you! If I tried to build my own rack I wouldn't know where to start. Congratulations!

1st of all thanks to all.

the peg board is actually drilled to the wood, due to no holes in the sterilites i decided to go with peg board instead of particle for ventilation purposes. i kinda get the temps i want. my females that are cooling are ok with no heat at all due to the texas heat. but twhen the heat is on i can get 80-92 easily. i have lutron dimmers controlling the pads.

    thanks again! felipe

Nice job. I like the idea of using pegboard for ventilation and drilling it into the wood to prevent escapees. And it's nice that your mom would help you with this! My mom is still like "huh... snakes " even after several years.

nice build I would suggest that you get a tstat on those dimmers, all the ones I had failed my withing a year, between almost cooking my snakes, burning the floor(scrape tile ontop the carpet lucky), and destroying 4 ft of flex. I was lucky ..
