My first egg finally hatched
To be honest, I thought the egg had gone bad since we passed 60 days long ago. It's been about 3 months, and the egg had started to seep from one spot a couple weeks ago. I'd candled it, and it looked like the contents were settled and dried in the bottom half of the egg with no movement. I just hadn't gotten around to tossing it out. I'm glad I didn't pitch it, as I found this little guy today.

I wish this one had been in focus on his face.. >.<

I have him set up in his little kritter keeper and will try some food in a couple days. He seems a bit thin to me compared to other hatchlings I've seen, I hope he makes it.
Re: My first egg finally hatched
You definitely need to be patient with those guys (60 to 120+ days of patience :O)
They are adorable congrats, I can't wait till my first eggs hatch....I still have a while to go though

You've seen this little guy's mama. ;) Daddy I'm a bit unsure about. She's not been with a male while she's been here, and I'm not sure what she was paired with beforehand. He sure is a cute little booger.
