In your honest opinion. (Please answer)
What appeals most to you. leopard geckos, or snakes.

    Im kinda stuck in between.

These are the snakes/geckos i want to get at the reptile show coming up but i currently only have enough money for 1.

    White-lipped python (gold phase)

    Suriname red-tail boa

    Hypo Colombian BCI

    Blazing blizzard leopard gecko

    (This sounds farmiliar).
In my opinion it's ultimately up to you. What are you able to care for? What most interests you? What can you afford to vet treat and afford the husbandry of? Which type of life span can you commit too?
I personally like all four of the herps you mentioned.
Again IMO it is completely up to you.

    Snakes.

I love lizards but snakes rule.
I have beardies and snakes, snakes are way easier;)

You can say that again! My beardie is a full time job. 3 hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year. :) Lots of work, but so worth it. If they weren't so time-consuming, I would take in more.

I'd go with one of the boas. Or the white-lipped python. They look really cool but I don't know anything about care or size.

    I love boas!

There is something else that I (like in me, myself and I!) would consider: I like handling my critters and I don't need something that I can only look at. The majority of D'Alberts (white-lipped python) are too feisty and jumpy for me.

CT already named of other things to consider, with life span being ,perhaps, the most important issue.

I like snakes way better than geckos because of their size. Geckos are rather small and I handle them like a carton of raw eggs, worried that I might hurt them by accident.
