    Candling !???!
    Everyone,
    i wanted to see some pics of ur eggs being candled. i have tried it this evening but the pics came out crappy. i think my flashlight was to big and my setting on the camera wasnt good enough. with the container open i dont have much time to practice and play with it. so can u post pics of u candling ur eggs and share u setting if u have any ?!

    Place a piece of aluminum foil over the tip of your flashlight. Wrap it around and poke a hole dead center in the light. About the size of a pencil eraser....try that see if it helps you candle the eggs. BTW Congrats on the eggs.

    Also Brighter light is beter, but be careful its not generating a lot of heat. I use High power L.E.D.'s such as Cree or Luxeons

    I use a dollar store tiny LED flashlight. Like.. a pen light?
    You just have to move the light around on the egg until you get the best "look" into the egg.
    Looks like nice veins, congrats!

    took these pics with a samsung NV10 on the standard setting. Used a Coast Lensor LED flashlight. And yes its supposed to be Lensor. lol
