    My new ghost
This is my new ghost corn I got Saturday.

I picked it up from a feed/pet store. They got this one, a hypo, and a normal from the previous owner almost a year ago. Supposedly the normal is the mother of the ghost and hypo and they were hatchlings when they arrived at the store (mind you this is less than a year ago). I don't completely trust the story and seriously doubt the employees have any idea what they're talking about, but it's obvious that they've been power feeding these poor snakes.

So, if the story is true this 6-8 month corn snake weighs 249 grams. That is ridiculous! In the pic (s)he had 2 adult mice in the belly. I told the people they need to cut down on how much they feed these snakes because they are drastically shortening their lifespan. I guess we'll see if they listen (doubtful). Anyway, I just wanted to show off my new snake. Thanks for looking.

Thanks. I think he/she is a prettier example of a ghost than most others I've seen.

I really like your ghost. Very nice looking snake. I'm jealous. Now I have to get one.

Thank you. After I get this one sexed I'm going to find a striper to breed to him/her. I just love striped ghosts.
