pine bedding

I saw a nice size bag of pine shaving bedding for like 3 dollars today at a store. I was wondering if it is fine to use with bp's? if you have any experience with mice do you think it would be ok for them to?

A definite NO NO for your snakes, as far as mice, not for sure.
