Well, what have you got for snakes right now? What do you want in a snake? Are you interested in breeding? Interacting with the snake? Tell us more...

Hmmmm... now see I have a great desire to get a pied ball python to add in with my little BP and then I have two Checkered Garters (1 normal and the other albino) My albino is so gentle, and docile.

So far you have been asking about BP, RTB, BRB, Carpet, Hognose and bloods, all those are different species with different requirements and different temperaments.

What you need to do is first do some research each and every one of those species seriously, and familiarize yourself with their husbandry, needs and temperament.

You also need to ask yourself whether you see yourself as a beginner, intermediate, experienced very experienced keeper. (this will also help you make a choice)

You need to consider the space time and money you are capable and willing to commit to this venture. (some of those animals require more space than others and some have stricter requirements)

Know that some species will be more forgiven than other, that some species tolerate handling better than others etc.

Once you consider all that and know what you are looking for in a snake I am sure YOU will be able to pick the snake that fit your expectations.

We can tell you what we would chose however it is really about YOU, this will be YOUR snake and YOU will be the one committing for 20 years or more depending on the species so it is really important that YOU research all the angles and that YOU are the one making the descision.
