    Road Hunting
It is illegal to capture reptiles native to Texas on public roads as of about two years ago. I recently was told that a new bill was passed allowing us to capture reptiles from roads again. As with all new laws it would not go into affect until September 1st, except Congress was trying to make it retroactive to now. Has anyone else heard this?

So is this the status of the Bill that will legalize road collecting?

Thanks I actually found the bill and determined that it is the legalization of road capturing.
