about building my own rack

so i guess i need a couple things answered
so first question is: so if i build a rack and get the flex watt goin is
this cost as much as having over head lighting ?(will it save me money on the electric bill basically)
secound: where can i buy flex watt ? Is online the only place to buy this ?

Flex is cheaper, not to mention better for your snake. you can find it at reptilebasics.com

they say lighting is better is this really true ?
i've checked them out they have everything ....
but i was thinking about gettin started on this soon so really is ordering what everyone does or is there any store i kan just walk in to buy flex watt?

No flex isn't sold in stores, and whoever told you lighting was better obviously has no clue to what BP's need, there are numerous sticky threads here as far as setting a viv or tank for your BP.
