    rack question
does anybody have any pics of a rack using aquariums instead of tubs. and what are the pros and cons between the two? i have heard with aquarium tops being mess metal it is harder to retain heat but if the next level shelf is only about an inch in distance from the lid would that not retain the heat and humidity? thanks -garett

Also you might get to much humidity. With tubs you usually have to put some holes in the tubs for ventilation.

Racks are convenient, easy to clean, space savers, my rack holds 12 tubs in 17" of floor space, can't do this with tanks :)

Home depot has a few racks available. Most will hold at least 3-4 20L's and some will hold 40L's. There about 65$.

also with tanks the humidity will cause th wood above to possible mold and rott faster when allowed to sit long periods.. I looking at building a rack that will hold the under the bed tubs ( for my larger bps and corns)and have it set so the one end actually sits out a little ( to offer a cool side) once I remove the wheels so they don't roll away .:D
