We have 9 BPs.The bigger ones seem to always be on the cool side of their tub.The hot side is between 89 and 91.Is this normal for sub adult BPs

I have been noticing this alot with my bp too. Loves to hang out on the cool side 90 percent of the time.

Its ALL normal brother.
A long as your temps are fine, and the animal isn't stressed. The animal will pick which side of the enclosure it likes the best, and thermo-regulate as needed.

In between 80 and 84 it changes.

Mine will do that also. I just let em do his thing, and I do mine. :cool: The only thing that matters is if the husbandry is right.
