My boyfriend got gummed =0!

Well my boyfriend is pretty darn scared of just about everything lol. Snakes, Mice, Insects, etc! He plays Mr. tough guy..but when we are alone, and those things are around, hes soo afraid!

I was spot checking my 7 mo olds tank last night, and asked him to feel inside the warm side to make sure everything was alright. I get weird, even if the temp reads a perfect 90 degrees, I still like to check every once in a while. I couldn't reach in because we have the tub up on a book stand that is a little too high for me to get my hand flat inside.

So he was lifting up the warm side hide, and he thought Olga was under her cool side, but she was hanging out under a half hide right next to the warm side hide. So he was dangling his fingers in feeling around, when I saw her jump out and gum him lol!! ( I feed her inside her enclosure so she must have thought his fingers were a dangling dead mouse!:P)

Now this wouldn't be anything to make a deal about, or to post on a forum, but I honestly just can not stop laughing. She didn't bite him, just kinda struck at him, and he flew backwards, and started screaming, and the look on his face was pure :O. Kinda reminded me of the face an actor would make in a romantic tragedy and someone just stabbed him in the heart, and he was looking at me with his last dying breath. It was the face I would expect him to make if a giant retic bit him , not a tiny baby ball python rofl!

He is laughing about it now, at how he reacted, and likes to "reenact" what happened where he viciously attacks his arm saying he is the snake....rofl!

There has been some tension around here, so I was hoping to bring a smile to someones face! This may not be funny to anyone but me, but Its worth a shot!

lololol thats pretty funny. My Bf showed one of his friends one of our rats, and the guy is convinced that the rat tried to attack him..tho he deff did not even leave my bf's arms... :D guys can deff be silly sometime. :P

LOL That is very funny I love how descriptive your story is! I can totally picture it! My husband was very afraid of my snakes at first too, but now holds them without me putting them in his lap! I can't wait until the first time he is bit though! I really hope it's a day that I won't be able to let him live down! :rofl:

My mom is deathly afraid of snakes so whenever I hold mine she freaks out. its pretty funny. lol.
