What size mouse should my bp be eating.
I know that a bp should be given a mouse/rat about the size of the snake's thickest point, however does anyone give a rat/mouse in ratio to the snakes weight, or is it just what looks big enough? Basically is it a good practice to give my bp a mouse/rat based on it's body weight or just what looks big enough?

I go based off of looks all the time. Like you said, bout as big as the biggest part of the snake's body.

I you want to go by weight go with a mouse/rat that weight 10% of your BP weight.

10-15% of the snakes body weight is a pretty good rule to go by :) :gj:
