    omg.. my gf & i have been wanting to go there to hit up their new 5 dollar specials GLAD we haven't went!!! woulda been the 1 in clifton park too, we're about 45 mins away. freakin nasty!!!!!!! i'll stick to chilis, outback or applebees I guess lol

    im NOT a sue happy person but I prolly would sue had it happened to me..

    I've always disliked TGIs... but I have to come to defense a bit..
    Firstly, this type of thing obviously was not deliberate.. so I'm guessing that it might have had something to do with the broccoli.
    My guess, is that they use frozen broccoli which come in pre-cut bags. What I'M going to guess happened is that a snake got in the machine of the broccoli cutter and had an unfortunate incident..
    If this is what happened, it could have happened anywhere. Do you know the possibilities of what could be pureed into ketchup? :weirdface

    We were wondering why the guy didn't want to sue! Maybe he didn't want to be found guilty :rolleyes:
