    I'm still in the dark ages when it comes to breeding rodents. I have shelves running the entire length of a wall with about 10, ten gallon tanks, on each shelf. Works pretty slick because all I need is a long 2X4 to place on top of each row of tanks to prevent escapes. That is, until I forget to place the 2X4on top of a row after feeding last night...

    This morning I walk into the rodent room to find one of the rat cages with the top half way removed and eight rats sitting on top just as free as the breeze. I said "hey what the heck are you guys doing?" And they all stop and freeze with that (deer in the headlights) look, then quickly jump back INTO the enclosure. Whew!!! No more late night rodent feeding for me.

    lol at least they jumped back in. Think its time you build yourself a rack system. :D
