    Thermostat not working? Help.
I just got home from work and at some point the power must have gone out while I was away because my alarm clock was reset, etc. My thermostat is turned off too, I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it won't turn on. It's a Helix DBS-1000. I know it's not the socket as other electronics are working in the same socket.

Marx's temps are down in the 70s right now, and I have no clue why the thermostat isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA

does the thermostat have a fuse in it? Could it have possibly blown it?

There is a fuse in the Helix...It's most likely blown.

Remove the back and replace it.

    Thanks everybody.

If it is the fuse, is that something that I have to get from Helix?

I've heard good things about the customer service at Helix in the past, why don't you give them a call and have them walk you through some troubleshooting?

When I was using Helix, I had an issue with one. I called em up and they took care of it in a snap.

Thanks for the help everybody, I talked to the people at Helix and they gave me the information for the fuse so I could get them at Home Depot. :)
