Well It appears to me that he is new as are you. Give him/her a break.
We have all been new to the whole ball python world and had tons of questions we all wanted answered. Now How would you feel if someone started taking shots at you just for asking questions you would like answered?

Just a tip if you don't know it already. Most forums do have a search feature, so you can search all threads for key words.
