    Anybody here watch boxing?
I've been following the career of Manny Pacquiao. Being a Filipino myself, it's always great to hear internationally renowned Filipinos. But, every fight I've seen before, I can't bear to watch. He just seemed so small compared to his opponents and he always seems to get brutally beaten up before he miraculously connects a super-left-jab to get the upperhand.

But lately, he has been dominating the ring like it is child's play. I was very sure DeLa Hoya would beat him. I used to be a big fan of DeLa Hoya! But, surprisingly, Paquiao made DeLa Hoya look slow and old. So, I thought, okay, maybe DeLa Hoya was just too old for the sport now.

So, when Pacquiao got matched with Hatton, I was very sure Hatton would win. I mean, the guy is one heck of a fighter and with 0 losses on his record, Hatton had every advantage over Pacquiao. But man, I saw Hatton fall on the first round and I can't seem to understand what just happened! I thought, man, did Hatton just have a bad day or something? So, I watched the fight over again and it finally started to dawn on me that this little mosquito from the Philippines is just REALLY THAT GOOD! It was a short fight to analyze but the first few punches, I can see how fast Pacquiao really is. He has great balance, very quick on his feet, able to take punches without slowing or diminishing the accuracy of his counter punches. And he has quite a big right jab... but that's nothing compared to that very powerful "out-of-the-blue" left jab! Hatton didn't have a chance.

There are rumors of Pacquiao versus Mayweather. Normally, I would fear for Pacquiao. Mayweather is a legend! But now, I'm starting to think, heck, Mayweather better be in perfect shape for this fight or else Pacquiao is going to make him look really bad!
