    BP soaking
My BP is soaking in his water bowl. The humidity is at 55%. I don't think it is because he is going to shed, he just did that in April. I have checked him over for mites and I have not found any on him or in the water bowl. I just fed him last night. Could the prey item have been a little to large and is he trying to relieve pressure in his belly? He is an 08 male and he weighs in at 205.7 grams. I fed him a mouse that is about the same size as his girth. Should I be concerned? The temperatures in the enclosure are 92 on the warm side and 80 on the cool side. Thanks for any input that you may have.

sometimes they just like to lounge in the pool :p.

one of my males started this about 5 days ago, and is just chilling in the water. no mites, and i just fed him today.

    imo, nothing to worry about.

I agree. Jake does this a lot. I've checked him for mites, his humidity stays around 60% non-stop. I read some like to soak in the water.
