    My male pastel started getting this stuff on his head. At first I thought that it was just some pre shed going on. Then it doesn't really look like it . It is kinda more rough and flaky. Like dry skin.

    yea. Thought so. I just picked him up yesterday. I got it from a friend, I'll have him back to where he is supposed to be(health, husbandry) in about a week and a half.
