    Hi :)
My name is Mery and, well, I'm new.

I have long been fascinated by reptiles, and more specifically - snakes. To put it simply, I think they're beautiful creatures. I'm not entirely sure what it is, but they are seriously the most captivating animals out there.

Haha, before I get all googly-eyed, I must mention I currently do not own a snake. There is an expo coming up in June that I plan to go to (right before exams ) and purchase a ball python of my own.

Anyway, I found this forum upon one of my several Interweb-research adventures. I hope everyone is as friendly as I guessed because normally I tend to stay away from forums, haha. I am ready to gaze upon your gorgeous and exotic pets and maybe get a few pointers starting out!

    :D

:welcome: Everyone around here is wonderful. They are really good with questions, and it's great to see pictures of some of the beautiful collection.

    Welcome to the forum!

So far eveyone here is really nice and you're sure to get some good advice on the forums if you need it! This place is a must have if you are owning/going to own a ball python, and I can't wait to see your new guy. You'll have to post some pictures.

Make sure to check out some caresheets(even on the forums) and read up even before you get your hands on him. :gj:

    Thank you very much :D

Haha, I know very well I need to do my homework. I'm quite a cautious person so I naturally need to seek as much information before I handle a situation (or in this case, a pet snake!). I have been able to find only a couple of people I know personally with a pet snake and they have all helped me out a bit. I still am unsure on a few things, but I am more than certain I will be able to find an answer on one of the provided caresheets.

    Thanks again. =D
