Quick question about new breeding groups...

First of all, I just want to give everyone a HUGE thank you for all the great advice I've found just by reading through past threads. Thanks to you guys, my ASF colony has exploded! I could not be more pleased. :D At first, this just started out as a food source, but now I'm kinda interested in the genetics side and producing the different varieties. So here is my question...

So far I have two grow out tubs. One contains Group A, which are the first babies my three females produced, and the other tub is Group B, which are the second group of babies produced by the same females. Group B just went into their grow out tub two days ago. Well, Group B gave me some interesting females that are more peachy in color and do not look like any of the parents. I have one boy from Group A that I would like to put with two females from Group B. Is this possible at all? Or how soon should I put them together? Any other thoughts and suggestions?

So far, my mortality rate has been fairly low. I just don't want to mix anyone and have them kill each other off. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes you can trio the male from tub A with the females from tub B.

The way you have it worded, it sounds like your grow-out tubs are housing males and females together, is that so?

Your grow-out tubs should be for males and females not litters. here is a pic of one of my grow-out tanks males on one side females on the other.

Thanks for the help! Sorry, I should have been more clear. My grow up tanks are exactly like the one in the picture. So I just call them all Group A and Group B because they're in the same tank, but divided. I think I just call them tubs because all the snake are in tubs now so it's how my labeling system is worded. :P

Speaking of grow out tubs, I'm going to need some more! I can't wait till we move so I can finally build a rack system. I'm ready to get rid of the tanks!
