Snake knowledge = $12 gocarts
So my girlfriend told me that she loved to ride gocarts, so I took her to a local place. We got there and its $5.99 per ride, so I got three rides for both of us. We get the the track and no one is there, and we see a worker with nets and a shovel so I call for him and as it turns out theres a "copperhead" on the track, so I tell him I know a good bit about snakes and go and see the snake which turns out to be a kingsnake:P I take it off the track and when we were back to the entrance to the gocarts he just says this one is on us:)
Just an interesting story I thought was cool that happened:) I possibly saved the snake from getting its head chopped off and money!

He was, he was mainly just trying to get away but I guess it was hard with gocarts flying past and high walls everywhere.

Kudos for the rescue and cool on the money saved! :D That's always a bonus, though helping a scaly friend is reward enough.
I once 'saved' my mother from a 'baby rattlesnake' she had found in her kitchen and caught in a large tub back in ElPaso... it was a little TransPecos Rat snake. :) Cute little thing.
