Got my ball!!

Woohoo! I picked up my first Ball 30 mins ago. Im so happy. She is inside the cage now, looking around. She is about 2 months old, about 13 inches long. Beautiful pattern. Ill post a pic when i find out how to take the pic. I have a camera with no cable to the comp, My Iphone, and a Flip Mino HD video cam. Ill probably pick the cam ad toss it on youtube, just cause its HD. Nestled in the hide on the cool side right now. I have question to ask, If he is in a room where the lights are on during the evening, since i use the room alot. Will it mess up his day/night cycle? thx everyone for all the input given to me the past week.

Congrats on your new pet! May you have many years of pleasure and fun with him. We can't wait to see pics! We love pics here, as I'm sure you already know.
As for darkness, as a rule, I try to give my snakes 9 hours of darkness. They seem to respond well to that time frame. Others may have different opinions, but that's what seems to work the best for my clan. ;)

As long as the lights are off at some point, I don't think it will be much of a problem. I am a night owl and have the lights on until 3am and both of my snakes are fine.
