    Sideways Rack, commencing soon
So I have finally measured out what I will need and calculated the costs. Once I get my refund check, I will purchase everything and start building.

Here is a quick rundown of my shopping list:

    (7)-16"x48"
    (6)-Extention Cords
    (6)-3" Pulls
    (6)-Boot Boxes
    (12')-4" Flexwatt
    (a bunch)-FHWS
    (1 pack)-Nickle gliders

These are the materials I will be buying to make a 6 32qt tub rack. I can also put two 15qt tubs on one shelf instead of one 32qt. So it is a sideways rack! Yaay

Am I missing anything? I am very excited to start my new adventure into rack building! :)

Edit: I was just thinking, because there will be a 10" gap from the bottom shelf to the ground, that I might make a little drawer to go in there to hold supplies. I don't really care much for the supplies on top of the rack look. What do you guys think about this?

The drawer sounds like a neat idea. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out for you

i would put a strong back on. with that wide a shelf its VERY likely the wood will sag

Also think of having the wood cut and use ply wood. its lighter and a LOT stronger in the long run :)

I....already built it.. The shelves are only 2 feet long they don't sag at all.
