NOTE to all Active Members!

I've just sent out a MASS PM regarding HR 669. I realize that it's impossible for anyone who regularly visits the site to not have heard already. However, there are thousands of members who do not regularly check in that will be notified of the PM and come to see.

So please...it's not necessary to reply letting me know that you already know. I know you do! ;)
