    Questions
    Hey everyone

My I just found some 5 mm black foam core card. I have heard about people insulating and covering 3/4 sides of the tank with foam core. Is this what you guys are using? and how did you stick the card on?

    Next question is:

I know there are probably hundreds of different posts/threads about how to cover a screen lid with tin foil and duct tape, but could someone please give me a quick description, or even just a link to another thread with info on this?

    thanks

I just stick the foam core board on the outside of the tank with some double stick tape or duct tape. black duct tape of course.

When I cover my screen lids I cut a piece of foil that is slightly smaller than the area I want to cover so that the tape can stick to the screen and hold the foil on (does that make sense?). I forget which way to put the shiny side ):

I got mine from wal-mart in the school supply section. Cost me like 2 dollars for a huge piece. Works perfectly.

I've adhered it with a squirt of hot glue in each corner.
