    Let me just say
I hate taxes... this is my first year doing them on my own and I HATE them. And then when you have issues accessing them information and you talk to someone online they dont help you. Or you get this stupid automated responder. I hate technology too for that. I want to talk to a human. I hate taxes... I am running out of time and no one can help me...

    Ok rant over.

    Thanks for listening!

I LOVE taxes!! They're so fun! (and yeah, I almost always end up owing money.. but doing them is a hoot!) I use TurboTax and would recommend it... I think there is a free version on-line for the Federal portion...

I used Turbo tax. I had already completed my federal return but I was doing my state and needed to access my completed return. I tried every password I use and every username, even my social and everything and they still could find no record of me doing my taxes through them. I stayed in this chat with one of the turbo tax representatives for 3HOURS and she still said their was no record of me by every way she looked me up. I went to bed that night at 2:30 in the morning hot as anything.

I talked to my mom the next day and she went on and with in 3 minutes she was on and viewing my return! I have no clue what I did or what the representative did but I got in.

Now I have to try and understand this foreign language on the state tax paper! Not doing so well. I filled out my name and info but the rest...ha!
