    Heat question
Just finishing up on my new enclosure for my burm and was curious to know what size of a heating pad/UTH people are using. I plan on using 2- 11" x 17" Heatwave pads for mine.

Most people regardless of species heat 1/4 to 1/3 of the cage. Either it be the left or right side, mines on the left for what its worth for my bloods.

I use none of those since they are not very useful. I have found out that a radiant heat panels work best.
    I use a 24x18 unit in a 72x36 cage

I think heat panels are great but its not necessary in my case. My room that I keep my snakes is controlled and set for my snakes specifically. The only thing I need to supply them with is a basking spot and belly heat.
