Re: Set up redone with pics
Metal bowl would be fine but one thing I can offer up from experience is that water bowls with a wider base and narrow top seem to do better when it comes to tipping. I used to have a few bowls like that and they would get flipped over constantly.

Yeah. looks good. If you want you can cut some holes in the aluminum foil and cover with a wet towel or washcloth. I do that to keep my humidity up. Just remember to clean them at least once a week. It will work really good when your baby goes into shed. Not everyone changes the humidity, but i bump mine up to 70% (just put on a bigger wet towel). I had a perfect shed on the last one. :)

THANKS!!I slipped some damp paper towels under the foil and now my humidity is up to 58%!!:gj:

That's great!! Once you get the humidity up, it should hold pretty good. I only wet the towel when i put a new one on, and it holds for a couple weeks without rewetting, until I change it out. Just be sure to watch out for mold. Its a bugar!!

Looks good, apart from the tape... There's an active thread (at least yesterday) about someone not being able to get the residue off the snake... velcro tape works like a charm ;)

Be sure to check these often. Mold ends up growing pretty quick (at least for me).
