Need help in MS Word!

I am writing a paper and need to know (chicago format) how to insert footnotes and not have them keep going from page to page. If someone would be willing to do it for me that would be great. Also I would like your input on the paper itself if you wouldn't mind reading.

ummm...I'm not sure how to attach my paper to this post...help?

If you click on Insert, then Text box, you can add text to the bottom of any page that needs it.
As far as reading your paper, sorry my brain is fried from all of my classes. For some reason Saturday is always my study day...UGGG!!!

I know to do that. It's just that when I add the text, it replicates it to the rest of the pages and I am trying to do the citations for single pages...guess I could just do it the other way and put them all on one page.
