Please, help!
My ball python, Fluffy, has gone missing! I'm not sure when she left because I woke up and didn't see her, which isn't out of the ordinary because she often makes herself a dent in her aspen bedding and lays there on the side opposite of my bed. However, I went to check on her because she recently finished shedding but her caps were still on, so I've been checking on her every once in a while between soakings, anyways, she was gone!! I've looked everywhere she could possibly be, shoes, behind the refrigerator, closets and other dark or warm places like behind and under beds (which isn't hard because I live in a two bedroom condo), she couldn't have gotten out of the house and I'm not even sure how she got out of her tank because her lid was tightly shut and even locked... Right now I have a rat pup in a small box waiting for her so that she will smell it and come out. I'm sooo worried because she's never gotten out, she's not too big, only around three feet so she couldn't have gotten into anything too small could she? Both my mother and I are worried about our cats, because they have a habit of wanting to play with her and bopping her so we're scared that instead of curling up she'll go after one of them. I'm so so so so scared, someone please help me! Give me tips on how to find her, I just want my little girl safe in her tank...

Re: Please, help!
Carefully, take all the drawers out of your dresser. That's where I found mine when she went missing. She shouldn't go after your cats. They are too big to be food. Most likely she'll avoid them. I hope you find her.

Thank you so much for the advice, so far she hasn't showed up in the drawers, though. I'm hoping to find her soon...

Re: Please, help!
Check at night, when its dark. Also if you have any type of couch, they can sometimes crawl up inside the arms of the couch where you might have to remove upholstery from it.

Re: Please, help!
I lost my cornsnake recently and found hin on our cold porch. I'd serch everywhere not just warm spots. I floured my floors but as he wasn't in the house he wasn't found because of it.

Re: Please, help!
Thank you all so much for your help! I found her this morning, somehow she'd gotten onto the top shelf of my walk-in closet, I'm not sure how she got there but now she'd safe in her tank and full, although she still wants to get out, I'm sure I'll be able to find a way to get her to stay in. Again, thank you everyone for all your help!

Re: Please, help!
Good luck on finding her, when my ball took a trip outside because of my own fault, I found him three feet away from his cage under an Tshirt on the floor (good to be not tooo cleanly)... but please change your font (it hurts my eyes) and to think your ball could attack your cats made me laugh.... sorry....:P
