Glowing Cinnamon!
So my breeder Cinnamon Female is quite aggressive, and every time I open her tub she comes up out of it to see what is going on. That makes looking for breeding behaviors a bit difficult. So far, however, she has locked up repeatedly with my pastel male, and she is looking humongous. Then, two days ago, I opened the tub and the top third of her body looked a weird light color. It is really hard to capture in pictures, but I think perhaps she is glowing. You can see it most pronounced on her head. What do you guys think?
Before:

After- You can see it best on the head, and look at how huge she is looking!

And the happy couple a few months ago. I know this isn't a lock picture, but it nice because it shows her color before under the same flash conditions.

Thanks for looking!

I have no idea if she's glowing or not (becuase i've never had a glowing prego before), but she is beautiful :D

Re: Glowing Cinnamon!
I would say that is an ovulation and she is glowing. If I'm wrong, somebody correct me. I haven't bred my bp's together yet, but I'm learning all about it now. congrats and here's to a pewter or two in that clutch. Although any healthy babies are good too. :D

I don't think it is an ovulation. She ate a big meal the next day, showing her usual appetite for all things small and fuzzy. I had just removed the male from her tub, and think she was just laying in a funny position. I could be wrong though, now that I look back at the pictures. I remember thinking she looked smaller the next day, so that could be the tail end of an ovulation. I am interested to hear what other people think. Thanks, I hoping for some pewters too!! Boy ones at that!

Re: Glowing Cinnamon!
I notice the head blushing gets real light when glowing. Looks like you should have a sweet clutch from that girl.:gj:

Hard to tell from the pic if she is glowing... but you know the snake. And if you look in and wonder "Hey... do I know you?"... then chances are she is. :)
She is just stunning. You are gonna get a killer clutch from those two.
