? about low/high white pieds

Is the actual amount of pied genetic? For instance can 2 low white pieds create a high white, or would you have "better chances" if you had 2 high whites?

Its completely random, low whites can produce high whites and vice versa :)

From what I understand there is no swaying the genetics either way... like a paint horse. Two low whites can produce high whites, and the opposite, and so on...and so forth... into the abyss of BP genetics!

Maybe itll be possible to one day breed for higher white animals if someone took the time to do so (selectively breeding) , the same id say, for low whites too... but i cant say for certain itll happen, but id like to think it possible :)
