radiant heat panel

I know there is some way to use flexwatt and make a custom radiant heat panel but i cant find it. I think it might have been on this sight but i dont know. Can anyone tell me how to do it or where I can find it.

a buddy of mine you can make everything (trust me!! everything!! i won't say what he is making now but its going to save our group tons of moooolahaha) made one out of flex watt and it burned up. now sure how he did it but he is a very safe person and didn't cut corners.

not worth the risk if you ask me!! either buy a heat pannel or wire up some flex watt.

Flexwat + Ceramic bathroom/kitchen tile = ceramic heat panel. thats all it is. however the finished product thats store bought would look much better. it could be made at home im sure.
