Any breeders in Chicago area?
I've considered getting myself another ball python, but don't want to go through the hassle of shipping. Any breeders in the Chicago area?

I'm in the Chicagoland! However, I'm not quite at the breeder level... Give me another year and I'll hook ya up! :)

Sweet! I'd like to meet some local herp breeders that do more than just ball pythons as well. If you know of anyone...

I got my pastel boy from AjBalls. I'm pretty sure that he lives in the Chicago area. He was awesome to deal with, I'd totally recommend getting a ball from him.

I'm in Woodridge, and I should be getting a table soon at the Wheaton shows. What are you thinking about getting?

I'm not sure what I want to get yet. I just wanted to start doing some homework and start looking for breeders in the area.

The Chicagoland Reptile House in Orland Park is a pretty good place... They have so many different reptiles and are real helpful (depending on who you talk to... If you go there, Brian is a co-owner and a real solid guy).

That's cool. I was just asking because I have a few animals that aren't listed on my website.

Thanks for the recommendation :gj:
Yes, I'm in the Southwest Chicago suburbs. I'm not expecting anything to hatch for at least 3 months or so, have two gravid females in their pre-lay shed.
I HAD a clutch, but something happened and somehow (I have a pretty good idea of how) the Herpstat probe ended up on the outside of the incubator and seemed to have fried the eggs I had. So I have a minor setback already.
