    Is this pre ov shed?
My girl has not shed in a little over two months, she stopped eating for two months now also. I have felt follicles in her for a couple months also and they are now pretty good size like a huge grape size. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is her pre ov shed or can they shed without it bieng the preov shed? This is my first attempt at breeding so this is all new....

They ovulate then shed 14 days later, eggs should then be layed 27 to 35 days after pre-lay shed.

Ok.... so I never noticed ovulation, so I guess my question would be, is it possible for her to shed with large follicles in her and this is not her pre lay shed or can I pretty mutch count on this bieng her pre lay shed?

Like they stated before, ovulation is the key.Once thats witnessed they have their prelay shed usually about 2 weeks after ovulation and from their its anywhere from 25-30 days in general.Does your female have the "glow"?

She has been glowing for two months without shedding that is the longest she has ever gone. I have never witnessed her ovulation thats why I am asking can she shed during all this and it not be anything but a normal shed, or in your opinion is this a pre lay shed? I do know that pre ovulation is the key but I have never seen it before so I dont know what I am looking for she has a bulge and her lower half is getting tighter and fuller but never witnessed anything huge.....
