It usually takes Brian a couple days to get back to his costumers. He gets hundreds of calls and e-mails a day.

Well, your not handling this properly.
This isn't a small breeder we're talking about that can keep voice mails and notes from them 100% organized when he gets 100-1000 calls a day. Returning them alone is a difficult enough task.
Usually, with a breeder like that, unless I personally get him on the phone, a message is useless.
I have had a lot of success with Lori e-mailing me back within a couple of days. If you can't get a hold of him instantly with a call, try to e-mail him. If you did talk to him and the call was lost, call him back after a couple of days.
They have 2-3 people if that manning their calls and e-mails for their very large business.

I'm glad you're pleased about your pinstripe, however, I don't think there was a need to disparge Brian or BHB in this thread.
Not to defend Brian (because quite honestly who I am to presume to do so) but I've been to his facility. I doubt, hell I know I'll never see the like of it again. It's not just a guy breeding some snakes, it's thousands of snakes, employees to manage, a family to tend to, a life to lead. Personally I was only there a few short hours and most of the time I was in shock at the magnitude of what BHB is.
I've done business with Brian, I'll do business with him again gladly and I'll likely be patient with him and any busy bigger breeder to get exactly the snake I want. :)

Sometimes big businesses lose business to smaller businesses who can give more personal service. That's a good thing. But it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with the big business. The customer should understand that is part of doing business with them, and either accept it, or take their business elsewhere, but getting upset about it doesn't seem to make much sense.
I'm glad you are happy with your pinstripe. I'll be looking for pics of it!

wasn't bashing him at all. just this one time i was in a hurry. my spider and corn i got from him and it was fast on responding. but i needed to get the snake before something came up and money had to be spent. ALWAYS happens to me.

not to rip on bhb at all but when i was wanting to order a snake i was calling them 5-6 times a day for about 5 days and i left messages and emailed them and they have never got back to me.
