    Het Markers
    I hear quite a bit about Het markers, more so from the het pieds and het hypos than anything else. What other recessives have visual het markers? and whta are they?

    I searched but came up with nothing in list form.

    het markers are not 100% but may help when picking out possible hets.
    I've heard of the het pied 'tire tracks', het for ghost having a head mark or hook pattern, and het for lavender albino having a 'glow' to them.

    I understand that they are not 100%. But also if looking for a normal, and you see something that is different its nice to know what could be hiding in that DNA. :banana:

    yep, thats what dinking is. I just picked up these two to see if they hold something. I wish they were female but both were male

    The first one looks kind of reduced/banded near the tail.

    Any other visual "markers" that are out there?
