thats nuts, i dont get why people do that. i feel bad for some of those snakes in the door panels >< thats dumb.

The one guy they talk about Sean Kirk lets just say it could not have happened to a nicer person. That guy is one scum bag. He clamed to be a reptile rescue he posts all over craigs list. Im please to see they arrested that scum. He also was (is) the head of some reptile club um in Mass don't remember the name of it thou.

one of the box turtles seized... native to NY, i would have never thought that i could find one of these in my own backyard... kinda crazy

What do you guys think the chances that "SEAN KIRK" talked about in that paper would really have true hets? Seeing that guys name in the paper just made me sick! I traded a few snakes plus cash for what I thought were het for pieds........... man I hope to prove them out.

Tazz27 i know a few people that delt with him and they all said he can not be trusted. last yesr he tried to sell me w.c as c.b.b there were ticks on a few of them. good luck with your het pied hope they prove out for you

man it shocking I am am meber of herps 4sale but I not met this guy on ther e. I also he was not the owner of he site as i know and met the owner a couple times.. I think the paper miss informed on the site part.

I also find it a pain in the that an animal in one that oy can aquire is illegal ot own in another state . I know that Delaware says you can't own corn snakes ( at all if they had their way) cause there only a few here. but I have 5 (4 are morphs ) i purchased online or rescued from others. the 5th was found in a apapremtn with a bunch of other adbaondon animals andI was contacted ( by the rescuer to take the snake she was not comfortable with snakes at the time . I have filled out paper work ot allow me ot keep the animals in questio n( waiting for the results of that . I also heard that they are changing ( the permits were you are required to reapply every x years and at 25+ each i don't have 300+ to house snakes WhenI own a breeders premit that was issued befoer hand .. I will look into moving out of state if I told i have to switch t othe new permits casue it more than 1/2 my disablity income...
