What do you think about this rack?
We are looking to buy our first rack. Having never owned one, and there being so many to choose from, we're not really sure about all the different styles and brands on the market. This looks like a good rack, and one that will most likely fit our needs. If you have a moment, please look at this rack and tell me what you think. Also, is this particular tub size big enough for a 4 foot ball?

    Thanks,
    Michael

M&J, I own several of those exact racks, and can't say enough good things about them. The 32qt size is plenty big enough for an adult male and some adult females. For the big girls you'll want to use the CB-70 rack.

I have no personal experience with RBI, but I know many of the members on the forum use RBI racks and love them. I use AP Racks... animalplastics.com

As far as being large enough...I will house my males in 32qt. tubs....but an animal of 4 feet I would keep in a cb70.

    Hope this helps! :)

I use these racks combined with a Herpstat T-stat and love them period. Rich's turn around time is unbelievabley fast. I also live in NC and I have the racks on my doorstep within about 3 days. Also Price and service I think hes the best out there. They are also shipped assembled.

That puts me in a pickle. At this time we only have two bps. Our male is small and our female is large. We are looking to get our third bp soon, but it will most likely be small too. I need a rack that can house our girl comfortably, but not too big to stress out the smaller ones. Any ideas?

Reptilebasics also has the option of dividers to split the bin so you can house 2 smaller snakes per bin.

Michael if you look at the bottom where you order the rack there's a drop down to order the divider set. That will solve your problems with needing both smaller and larger areas.

I have one RBI rack and love it. It comes basically plug and play, no messing around with it so you can get it up and running very quickly. Rich also is known for his incredibly good customer service and is very well thought of around here. :)

The CB-70 doesn't offer dividers. The 4 tub rack does, but that tub is too small for my female.

M&J, in my 32 qt tubs I can fit two XL Eco Terra hides and a 5 inch ceramic water bowl. You can fit as much as you want or as little as you need in those tubs. I think you're 4 foot girl will be fine in there.

For smaller BPs, I just crumple up newspaper and make the tub feel smaller.
