Just wanted to let anyone know who has a bunch of animals or is building a rack or whatever. The tag said "reduced price" so I'm not sure if this is a big deal and I'm not sure if it is throughout all stores but just thought I'd give you all a heads up. The other Target I go to was sold out of 28qts...
